Wenn Druck und Schweigen töten
Es ist nicht immer das Gesagte, das uns bricht – oft ist es das, was wir nie sagen durften. Das, was sich anstaut, Schicht um Schicht, bis der innere Druck unerträglich wird. Schweigen ist keine Leere. Schweigen ist Gewicht, eine unsichtbare Last, die die Brust zusammendrückt, den Atem raubt, die Kehle zuschnürt.
 
Man lernt zu funktionieren, mit Maske, mit Atemgerät, als könnte man das Gift der unausgesprochenen Worte filtern. Doch innen brodelt es, drückt, hämmert – bis keine Luft mehr bleibt. Dieser Druck kennt kein Ventil. Er findet nur einen Ausweg: in der Zerstörung, im Verstummen, im Tod.
 
Das Bild ist kein Schmuckstück. Es ist ein Schrei ohne Stimme, ein Beweis dafür, dass Schweigen tödlich sein kann.

It is not always the spoken that breaks us – more often it is what we were never allowed to say. What builds up, layer by layer, until the inner pressure becomes unbearable.
 
Silence is not emptiness. Silence is weight, an invisible burden that crushes the chest, steals the breath, tightens the throat. You learn to function, with a mask, with a filter, as if you could breathe through the poison of unspoken words. But inside it boils, presses, hammers – until no air remains. This pressure has no release. It finds only one way out: in destruction, in muteness, in death. This image is no decoration. It is a scream without a voice, proof that silence can kill.
